Cheap fish in East Java, Indonesia, can be found in Lamongan

In Lamongan, where the biggest fish auction is located, you can buy the freshest and cheapest fish directly from fishermen. And today although many of my friends do not celebrate New Year, we will celebrate Jhony's sister's birthday by grilling fish from the fish auction center. About 20 togek fish--I am not sure what to call this--will be cooked this afternoon at the house of Cak Man, Jhony's brother in law. There will be some friends and relatives there. I myself have been counted as a relative because Jhony's family is close to me.

And today, as we eat the togek, we will hang out, maybe to have tea or coffee.

For the time being during this un-togetherness, Sury and I communicate through WhatsApp and phone calls all the time. I will be back on January 9 after attending the wedding party of Habibi on January 3.
