Australian magazine Woman's Day features Kate Middleton and edits her photo

Kate Middleton,the wife of Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, has her photo featured as a cover in Australian magazine Woman's Day. The photo was originally shot when Katte Midleton made a public appearance last week in London's Kensington Leisure Centre. In the retouched photo, you can see her eyes enhanced and her skin smoothened and the background altered. She doesn't look like Cate Midelton anymore. How many differences can you spot?
