Lessons from watching The Curious Case of Benjamin Button as it rains

Usually I fall asleep when I watch movies in the evening while it is raining outside. Yesterday is different. As Sury and I watch The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, my eyes stay open--a disaster for me because after that I fell so sleepy and didn't have a chance to update ten blog posts per day.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, a 2008 romantic movie, stars Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. It tells a story of Benjamin who is born old. As he grows up, he becomes younger and younger. Daisy, his childhood friend and neighbor, falls in love with him. As Daisy gets old, Benjamin gets younger, being a child and finally a baby, and he died on Daisy's lap.

The movie runs 2 hours. A bit tiring to watch because it's extremely long, but it is also never boring because every scene has its beauty. The director knows how to plot and present the movie in its catching way. One of the romantic scenes was when it rains and the air feels cold and Benjamin visits Daisy that night.

I saw Sury almost cried when she watched it. Today she requested to watch The 'The Interview' which is trending in movie sites that offer free download in 3gp, mp4, and mkv formats.

Lessons that we can learn from watching this movie are the love and understanding that Daisy gives to Benjamin. In love, no matter how old you are, love never gets old. And every human being, as he grows, actually grows to be a baby. An old man makes trouble to the family, peeing in the pants getting angry with everything, just like kids.
