Raining so heavily outside my house in Jakarta and I am scared of floods

As a person who have lived for only five months in the capital city, I have my own fear for the rain: floods. I see them from news on TV and newspaper. Jakarta, as you know, is the biggest victim of floods, almost every year. Now I feel it myself when I am here. With only two hours of rain, the road and alley are inundated with water. Scary. I always imagine if it rains all day, will the water come into my room?

When I woke up this morning, I hear the sound of raining outside the house, a heavy raining. The air always feels cold in East Java. It seems that the rains has lasted since I slept last night, at about 10 p.m. Also read Missing to update 10 blog pots yesterday due to watching movies and feeling sleepy.

Raining is unpredictable in the capital city. Even if you check the weather reports on TV or in the Internet, they can be wrong. What you have to do is just preparing yourself for the floods and the cold air that penetrates through your window.

You can inevitably admit that while it is so hot at noon, raining gives you super cold air at night and in the morning like it is now.
